The Fourth Trimester

There is a transition experienced after childbirth - not just by the baby but also by the mother and by the family as a whole.  We call this transition period the fourth trimester because in many ways it is an extension of your pregnancy.  The first three months are meant to be a special time spent bonding with your baby, healing from the birth experience, and adjusting to life with your newest family member.  Are you ready for it?

AND MORE!  You'll also receive a valuable booklet full of information and resources to help see you through your baby's first 3 months.  Partners are encouraged to attend, but we ask that childcare is arranged for all children (with the exception of breastfeeding infants) so that we can ensure a distraction free learning environment.

This 4 hour class is held every other month.  The cost is $100 per person (though partners attend for free) and prepayment is required to reserve your seat and materials.
